In the long-term transportation, it is inevitable that uncontrollable circumstances will cause the transportation to be unable to be delivered in time. Severe weather conditions,catastrophic events, ect. may cause unexpected delays in packages. I hope that you can understand the helplessness caused by these uncontrollable factors. We will also get in touch with you at any time and let us know the details.Condition.Some carriers may not communicate with you on the phone, and will directly deliver to your door or in your mailbox. lf the delivery is not signed, it may be placed at the local post office, and you need to call to confirm or go directly to collect it. • There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances. 
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

• Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
